I’m Chan Park, the proud owner of PHX Management Group. I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

Helping people and being a positive influence in my community was always a priority for me. I first thought this meant a career in medicine and was studying to become a doctor. However, I wasn’t sure if it was the right line.

So, searching for an opportunity to learn, grow, have fun, I came across this business model and immediately fell in love. I couldn’t believe the atmosphere, and I was surprised to see people so happy and excited. With this in mind, I established PHX Management Group in December 2021 and have already added some fantastic talent.

We rapidly went from just a couple of individuals to currently having a team of twenty-two. Additionally, thanks to our core value of building people, we are ranked as one of the top offices and one of the most progressive workplaces.

I genuinely love what I do. Watching my team and list of clientele grow is awe-inspiring. People are the backbone of my work life, and I can truthfully say I am fulfilled, challenged, and always ready for the day.

As an individual, I believe what sets me apart is my belief in people, hard work, loyalty, family, and love.

I attribute my success to my past experiences, confidence, and mentality.

Seeing new people enter the business and rapidly grow has given me immense satisfaction.

I have a few different hobbies and interests when I am not at work. I most enjoy fitness, bodybuilding, music, playing the guitar, piano, going on hikes, nature, and good wine.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
